The ExpungeMyCharge.com website and all of its subpages (the “Site”) are owned and operated by Yong Oh Attorney at Law, P.A., d/b/a ExpungeMyCharge.com (the “Firm”). By accessing and using the Site, any individual (“you”) agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility. The Site and any services advertised and available on the Site are intended for individuals who are 18 years old or older. By accessing and requesting services through the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older.
2. The Site’s Contents. All contents on the Site are information only and are not intended to be legal advice for any particular situation. The contents are also not intended to be an offer to perform any services.
3. User Responsibilities. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when submitting information on the Site, to regularly update your information to ensure the information remains accurate and complete, to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your access and use of the Site, and to maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and notify the Firm immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
4. Services Provided. The Site provides services to assist individuals expunge or seal all or a portion of their criminal history record. These services include consultation with legal professionals, preparation and filing of necessary legal documents, and guidance through the expungement and sealing process (the “Services”).
5. Fees and Payment. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the Services. All fees are due before any of the Services is provided to you, all payments from you to the Firm is nonrefundable, and the Firm reserves the right to change any fee on the Site at any time with or without notice.
6. No Warranties. The Site and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. The Firm makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site and the Services.
7. Termination. The Firm reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of any of the Terms.
8. Governing Law. The Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to any conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Terms. The Firm reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time for any reason. Any change shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance to the new terms.
